In Volgograd for raiding the store and stealing gold detained Saratov

Earlier, a 29-year-old resident of Saratov, who had problems with the law, was detained by law enforcement agencies on suspicion of raiding a shopping outlet in Volgograd. This is reported by the press service of the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Volgograd region.

The attacker broke into the premises of the store in Traktorozavodsky district and, using open threats of physical violence against the employee behind the counter, forcibly tore off her jewelry made of gold.

Search activities continued for several days, after which the operatives managed to go on the trail and neutralize the defendant who arrived in a neighboring subject for a visit to friends. During the interrogation, the detainee fully confirmed his guilt. The man explained that he immediately transferred the stolen product to a pawnshop, and fully spent the proceeds for personal needs.

On the basis of the recorded illegal act, investigators initiated proceedings in the criminal case of robbery. In accordance with the sanctions of the incriminated article, the guest of Saratov for this crime faces punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 7 years.
