According to the regional committee of social protection, residents of the region who have a permanent residence permit, who had their first child before they reached the age of 24, can apply for this benefit. For registration, you need to contact the local social support department or the Multifunctional Center (MFC) at the place of residence. After successful consideration of the application, the funds will be transferred to the applicant’s bank account within the next month. You can get advice on this issue by calling the hotline at 8-800-100-00-01.

In addition, programs to support motherhood and childhood are actively developing in the region. Every year, on the eve of Pregnancy Day, events dedicated to future parents are organized in social institutions. The region also participates in the federal action “VSEMBEREMENNY.RF”, holding a month of strengthening family values called “Everything begins with the family”. Pregnant women who find themselves in a difficult life situation are provided with round-the-clock anonymous free support by phone: 8-800-100-48-77.

Support for families with children is one of the key areas of social policy in the region. These measures are integrated into the national project “Family”. In addition to federal initiatives, there are regional initiatives launched at the suggestion of Governor Andrei Bocharov. Starting from 2025, full-time students registered for pregnancy are entitled to receive a one-time payment of 100 thousand rubles. For young families raising three or more children, a payment of 300 thousand rubles is provided. Family multifunctional centres and counselling centres operate in the region. The assistance system is constantly being improved, focusing on the real needs of families.
