In the Volgograd region pensioner through the court canceled the fine for sand at home
The court canceled the fine for sand and tires at the pensioner's house due to violations of the commission.

In September 2026, an elderly resident of Frolovo was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 8.7 of the Regional Code of Administrative Offences. The reason was the cluttering of the house territory, and the man was fined 3 thousand rubles.
According to the joint press service of courts in the Volgograd region, the pensioner challenged this decision. He explained that the sand was brought in for routine repairs, but due to his age and poor health, he did not physically have time to transfer such a volume to the yard in one day. And the old tires, he said, served as a barrier that kept debris from emergency poplars, and not cut down by the authorities.
When examining the materials, the judge found a serious violation. In the minutes, the place of the meeting was Lenin Street, 75, but in fact the commission met on Revolutionary Street, 12. There was no evidence that the man was officially notified of the change of address in the case. The court considered that the proceedings without the participation of the citizen deprived him of the opportunity to fully defend himself.
As a result, the commission’s resolution was canceled completely, and the production was stopped – the statute of limitations for bringing to justice had expired by that time.
