In the Volgograd region simplified the registration of a single allowance for immigrants
The Social Fund of Russia has significantly softened the criteria for assessing the need for citizens evacuated from the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory, Crimea and Sevastopol. The new rules will allow such families to receive state support without unnecessary bureaucratic obstacles

The main innovation concerns property qualification. When calculating the right to payment, specialists will no longer take into account real estate left by applicants in the resettlement zone, as well as transport registered for family members. The existence of these assets will not be grounds for refusing to grant benefits.
A flexible approach is also applied to income assessment. If at the time of application the parent is not officially employed, and the total family income does not exceed eight times the minimum wage, exceeding the regional subsistence minimum will not lead to refusal. Even if this threshold is exceeded, the Social Fund will still assign a payment, but in a basic amount - 50% of the regional subsistence minimum for a child or a pregnant woman.
Documents for payment must be submitted before December 31, 2026. Applicants who did not receive the benefit in the current year will be able to issue it retroactively for the entire period from January 1 to December 31, 2026. Those to whom the payment has already been appointed earlier, its validity will be extended starting from the next month after the end of the current payment period.
