In the Volgograd region slowed down the increase in the incidence of SARS

According to the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, the spread of seasonal colds has slowed significantly: the incidence of SARS is now below critical values by 27%. Laboratory studies have revealed the circulation of seasonal coronaviruses, parainfluenza viruses and rhinovirus, while dangerous strains of influenza in the region have not yet been recorded.

The current epidemiological situation is the optimal time for vaccination: 345.8 thousand people have already received vaccinations. Children are vaccinated organized - in kindergartens, schools, colleges and clinics. Adults can get vaccinated in a medical institution at the place of residence or at the workplace - at the expense of the employer.

Specialists of Rospotrebnadzor remind about the importance of basic preventive measures: regular hand washing, nose washing after visiting crowded places, wet cleaning and ventilation of premises. It is also recommended to use protective masks in public transport.
