In the Volgograd region earned round-the-clock heating control system

In accordance with established norms, the air temperature in apartments should not fall below +18 ° C, and in corner rooms - below +20 ° C. If your housing is colder, the algorithm of actions is as follows: first you need to contact your management organization (or a resource supply company with direct management). If this appeal did not give a result, you should report the problem to Gozhilnadzor.

You can contact the department in two ways: during working hours from 8.30 to 17.30 by phone (8442) 35-21-98; around the clock through the chatbot "Goszhilnadzor - hotline for heating" in the MAX messenger at 8-937-734-05-94.

When sending a message, it is necessary to briefly state the essence of the problem, indicate the exact address, surname, name, patronymic and contact phone number. All incoming applications are systematized and immediately sent to the relevant departments. Specialists of Gozhilnadzor will keep the situation under personal control until the full resumption of the supply of communal resources to the house.
