According to the project, the founders of the new organization can become two regional departments – the Ministry of housing and communal services and energy, as well as physical culture and sports.
The Ministry of Housing and Energy will be instructed to prepare the charter of the institution and organize the appointment of its head. It is planned to finance the work of the organization within the funds provided for this ministry for the relevant financial year.
It is proposed to impose control over the implementation of the resolution on the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Voronezh region Bazhanov.
The creation of a separate institution may become a new stage in the management of Petrovsky Embankment, but specific plans for its work have not yet been determined. First of all, the organization is likely to assess the state of improvement, deal with unfinished work and litigation with contractors.
Questions are also raised about the cost of implementing the embankment project. The publication on the initiative states the need to check the efficiency of spending budget funds invested in the facility. At the same time, there are no official comments on the tasks of the new institution and further plans for the development of the territory.
