Officers of the criminal investigation department of the police No. 2 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Voronezh revealed the theft committed on the street of Lidia Ryabtseva. According to police, the attackers stole four wheels assembled from a Mercedes car belonging to a 19-year-old student. The amount of damage amounted to 19 500 rubles.
As a result of operational-search activities, operatives identified and detained suspects - two unemployed Voronezh residents 39 and 40 years old. In the police department, the detainees admitted that they sold stolen wheels, and spent the proceeds on alcohol.
On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The defendants were selected a preventive measure in the form of a subscription not to leave and proper behavior. They face up to 5 years in prison.
