In the Voronezh region proposed to fine stowaways for 1000 rubles

The regional Duma on October 13 received a bill on the introduction of a fine for ticketless travel. The initiative is still being considered, according to our colleagues from Vesti Voronezh.

Deputies propose to amend the regional law on administrative offences. If the amendments are adopted, passengers who are caught traveling without payment in road or land electric transport will be punished with a fine of 1,000 rubles.

It is planned to entrust the protocols to regional structures that control the sphere of passenger transportation. Administrative cases will be considered by a special commission.
