In the Voronezh region again trying to sell the property of the bankrupt “Module”
The initial cost of the lot is determined at 568.7 million rubles

Competition manager Sergey Fedoseyev announced the re-auction of the production complex owned by the bankrupt Modul LLC. Information published on the portal "Fedresurs".
The initial cost of the lot is determined at 568.7 million rubles. During the bidding process, the price will gradually decrease - the minimum threshold will be 398.1 million rubles.
Acceptance of applications from potential buyers opens on October 22 and will last until December 9, 2026. The results are planned to be summed up no later than December 11.
The lot includes a property complex in the settlement of Panino: industrial and administrative buildings, objects of unfinished construction, pumping and industrial equipment, fire protection systems, as well as two land plots.
Earlier, in January 2026, the assets were already tried to sell for 512 million rubles, but there were no people willing to participate in the transaction. At the same time, an apartment in the village of Borshchevo of the Paninsky district went under the hammer - it was purchased by Alexei Sharshakov for 225 thousand rubles, the contract was formalized on February 2, 2026.
Modul LLC, founded by Evgeny Vanin and Vladislav Dobrosotsky, implemented a project for the construction of an oil and gas condensate processing plant in the Paninsky district. In 2011-2012, the founder of the company Mikhail Surin received 300 million rubles from the football player Alexander Kerzhakov for the construction of the enterprise, but the facility was never built. In May 2025, the Arbitration Court of the Voronezh region on the claim of Kerzhakov declared the organization bankrupt.
A separate page of history is connected with the criminal prosecution of Surin. In 2016, the Leninsky District Court of Voronezh found him guilty of fraud on an especially large scale and appointed four years in prison. A year later, the sentence was replaced by correctional labor, and in December 2020 Surin was released early.
