In the Voronezh region at once two judges decided to resign
One of them works in the arbitration court, the second in the district link

The qualification board of judges of the Voronezh region at a meeting on October 21 will consider applications for termination of powers from two representatives of the judicial corps of the region. One of them works in the arbitration court, the second in the district level.
According to the preliminary agenda of the meeting, the judge of the Arbitration Court of the Voronezh region Elena Soboleva intends to leave the post. Simultaneously with her resignation was submitted by the judge of the Soviet district court Alexander Postnikov.
Separately, it is worth noting that for Postnikov this is not the first personnel issue in recent years: in the summer of 2024, he was prematurely released from the post of deputy chairman of the Soviet district court, but then retained the status of a judge. Now he has decided to leave the judicial community for good.
On the same day, the panel will consider five applications from candidates applying for various judicial positions. So, the place of judge of the Voronezh regional court is claimed by two candidates – Elena Maternaya and Margarita Tyurin. Roman Tronev wants to take the post of deputy chairman of the Kalacheevsky District Court, Natalia Lependin wants to become a judge of the Novousmansky District Court, and Evgeny Toropov wants to get the post of judge of the judicial precinct No. 1 in the Borisoglebsky Judicial District.
Final decisions on all applications will be taken by the voting results of the members of the qualification board.
