In October 2026, the State Village Inspectorate of the Voronezh region issued permits for two management organizations - LLC UK "Kluchi" and LLC "Comfort Etalon". The licenses will be valid until 2031. Before issuing, the agency checked the documents of the companies for compliance with the established requirements, the press service of the GZHI reported.
Earlier it became known that in Voronezh seven multi-storey houses were left without a management company. MC "Our House" lost its license due to late payment of utilities.
