On October 19, a commission worked on the spot, which included representatives of the relevant committees of the Government of the Leningrad region and specialists of the network company, as well as management companies. On behalf of the head of the region Alexander Drozdenko, Vice-Governor of the Leningrad region Denis Sedov worked on the spot.

He asked the residents of the region not to be nervous, but to support all those fighters who have been living in dugouts for four years without electricity and heat, protecting their homeland and families.

“Today, there are still facilities where work needs to be brought to mind. We also need to unite, understanding that this situation stems from an unfriendly invasion, from terrorist acts of another state. We need to unite and overcome this life story, said the vice-governor of the Leningrad region.
