12 teams of drivers started out

Participants in the rally were commanded by the Central Station, Substations of Dzerzhinsky and Zavolzhsky districts, the Department of the CMC, Mechanics of the Central Station, Departments of the NSR Uglich, Rostov, Tutaev, Danilov, Rybinsk, Pereslavl and Yaroslavl district.
