In Yaroslavl scandalous mother will appear in court for threats to the teacher

Famous restaurateur Lilit Mstoyan will soon appear in court on charges of hooliganism and death threats.

The woman committed criminal acts in November last year. She went to school #1, where her daughter is studying. And she expressed her dissatisfaction to the teachers. Her daughter, who is in junior high, received low grades. The mother of the child decided that teachers are too biased towards the child. Therefore, in a rude form, she expressed dissatisfaction with the organization of the educational process and the assessment of her daughter’s progress to the social teacher of the school, and also threatened to use physical violence and murder of one of the teachers who trains her daughter. Gross and threats were recorded by a security camera in the school lobby.

The investigative department in the Kirov district of the city of Yaroslavl completed the investigation of the criminal case against a 45-year-old local resident. She is accused of committing a crime under paragraph 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism, with the threat of violence).

According to the press service of the SU UK, a sufficient evidence base has been collected to bring the mother to justice for insulting the teacher.
