Investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Yaroslavl region completed the investigation of the criminal case against the former head of the rural settlement. She is accused of committing crimes under Part 5 of Art. 33, Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (aiding in fraud committed with the use of official position, by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, in an especially large amount) and Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (exceeding official powers out of selfish or personal interest). This is reported by the press service of the SU IC in the Yaroslavl region.
The crime was committed in September 2024. The official agreed with an individual entrepreneur to sell him a land plot on the territory of a rural settlement in the Uglich municipal district. The land in municipal ownership, the entrepreneur was going to buy at a price obviously below the market. And the official contributed in every way. In order to make such a fraudulent sale, an administrative officer was involved. He prepared documents, including minutes of meetings of the settlement council, which did not take place. And a bidding order.
The auction was organized fictitiously, information about the sale of the site in the prescribed manner was not published, its market value was not determined.
The contract of sale of the site was signed using the electronic signature of the accused. The winner of the bidding is an individual entrepreneur who purchased the land at a low price.
The damage caused to the budget of the Uglich municipal district as a result of the sale of land at a bargain price was estimated at 3.2 million rubles
Criminal activity was suppressed by operational officers of the FSB of Russia in the Yaroslavl region.
The official's case is fully investigated. The case of the land buyer and the official who prepared the forged package of documents was allocated to a separate proceeding.
