In the Yaroslavl region will be fined an entrepreneur who littered with logs a rural road in Pervomaisky district. This is reported by the Regional Ministry of Natural Resources.

The Teterya-Varakovo road littered with terricons from logs was told by residents of Pervomaisky district. Indignant villagers reported that the entrepreneur who led the logging, littered with felled forest all roadsides. It's a roadway somewhere. School bus, cars of villagers and special equipment of doctors and firefighters became impossible to pass. At the reproaches of local residents, the logger did not react.

Forest inspectors Prechistensky forestry and inspection of administrative-technical and state housing supervision of the Yaroslavl region conducted an inspection on these facts. The fact of gross violation is recorded - the road is brought to an abnormal state. And all because of the mountains of heavy logs, which should not be on the road. as a result of unauthorized storage of wood by forest tenants.

Those responsible for their violation will bear serious responsibility: in respect of the forest user who placed the wood in the wrong place, initiated procedures for bringing to administrative responsibility in accordance with Part 3 of Art. 25.2 of the Law of the Yaroslavl region from 03.12.2007 No. 100-z “On administrative offences”. The offender faces a fine of up to 210,000 rubles, the ministry said.

The logger has already removed a significant part of the logs from the road. And he'll clean up the rest by Friday.
