From October 26, residents of ten settlements of the Yaroslavl region will be able to receive state and municipal services through field units of the MFC

From October 26, residents of ten settlements of the Yaroslavl region will be able to receive state and municipal services through visiting units of the MFC. The new service format will be introduced in five municipal districts to facilitate access to services for people who have to travel long distances to the nearest center.
On-site receptions are organized in Kubrinsk and the Highlands of Pereslavl-Zalessky district, the villages of the Volga, Borok and October of the Nekouzsky district, Kamenniki and Tikhmenev of the Rybinsk district, the villages of Velikiy and Shopsha Gavrilov-Yamsky district, as well as in Varegov of the Bolselsky district. These territories were chosen taking into account the population, remoteness from stationary offices and transport accessibility. Transportation of social services and local administrations is used to transport specialists. The departure schedule will be published additionally.
Currently, there are 32 MFC divisions in the region – 20 centers and 12 additional offices. 454 types of state and municipal services are available to residents. In the first nine months of 2026, employees provided more than 680,000 services and consultations.
The possibilities of the centers are also expanding: visitors can issue a ban on obtaining loans without personal presence, prohibit the registration of SIM cards in their name or gambling, as well as obtain permission for preferential or resident parking. For remote interaction, a chatbot “Digital MFC” was launched in the MAX messenger.
