In the Yaroslavl region under the program "Let's solve together!" update school spaces
Since 2022, more than 1,700 initiatives of residents have been implemented in the Yaroslavl region within the framework of the governor’s program “We Solve Together!”

Since 2022, more than 1,700 initiatives of residents have been implemented in the Yaroslavl region within the framework of the governor’s program “We Solve Together!” Another 340 projects are planned to be completed this season, the head of the region Mikhail Evraev said.
The program allows residents to propose ideas for the development of their territories, discuss them and choose the most popular projects. The regional budget allocates funding for their implementation. One of the directions was school initiative budgeting, in which students themselves determine what needs to be changed in educational institutions. One project can get up to a million rubles.
Over the years, more than 200 schools in the region have joined this work. This year, 43 student initiatives are being implemented.
The results of several projects in the Tutaevsky municipal district were evaluated by the Minister of Regional Development of the Yaroslavl region Yevgeny Churkin and the acting head of the district Mikhail Kuznetsov. In the education center of the village of Konstantinovsky, at the suggestion of the program participants, the music room was updated: the walls were painted, the ceiling was replaced, furniture and equipment were purchased.
In the educational center of the village of Fominsky purchased equipment for a mobile city. It will allow students to learn the rules of the road and consolidate knowledge in practice.
Evgeny Churkin noted that participation in initiative budgeting helps children learn to formulate proposals, discuss them with others and see the result of joint work. Since the beginning of the 2021-2022 season, about 65,000 residents of the region have taken part in the “Let’s Solve Together!” program.
Another tool for interaction between the authorities and the population is regular meetings of representatives of regional and municipal authorities with residents. They are held in all districts on the initiative of the Governor from 2023. During this time, 922 meetings were held with the participation of more than 38,000 people. Residents asked more than 11,700 questions about landscaping, road conditions and other local and regional issues.
Since 2025, meetings have been held in a thematic format. Separate discussions are devoted to housing and communal services, road infrastructure, health care and education. They involve specialized specialists and representatives of municipalities to analyze appeals on the merits and determine further actions.
