In the Yaroslavl region identified 450 migrants violators

Yaroslavl police revealed more than 450 violations in the field of migration. This is reported by the press service of the MIA.

The Regional Department of Internal Affairs once again summed up the results of the work in the framework of the operational and preventive operation “Illegal”.

Over the past month, police officers and employees of Regardie checked more than 900 places where migrants work. These are construction sites, catering points, food markets, agricultural enterprises, trade bases and so on. Illegals were also sought in hostels, dormitories and “rubber apartments”

In total, more than 850 foreign citizens passed through inspections. More than 450 violations were identified.

Most of the violations are related to non-compliance with the established procedure for foreign citizens to work - more than 210, as well as the rules of entry, exit and stay of foreign citizens - more than 110.

13 criminal cases were initiated: of them under Art. 322.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – 3; under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – 10. In relation to 31 foreigners who grossly violated the rules of stay, decisions were made on expulsion from the Russian Federation, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
