In the village of Zarubino, Lyubytinsky district, the territory of the kindergarten was landscaped - the "Territory of Happy Childhood" appeared. This was reported by Deputy Governor of the Novgorod region Elena Komarova in the MAKS channel.

The initiative became the winner of the National Budget program and received support from the regional and local budgets. Specialists installed a modern fencing with an access control system - this increases the safety and tranquility of parents and employees; equipped pedestrian paths with soft rubber coating, put up a new container platform, greened the territory. Financing of the project amounted to 3 million 100 thousand rubles.

But the main value of this project is not in rubles, but that it was conceived and implemented at the initiative of people who live here and bring their children here every day. This is the real power of the People’s Budget – to turn common funds into common prosperity, Elena Komarova said.
