The General Post Office in Saratov revealed serious shortcomings in the complex of measures to prevent terrorist threats that threatened the lives of elderly people, children and employees of the organization. This is reported by the press service of the Federal bailiff service in the Saratov region.
During the verification activities, it turned out that the administration of the institution ignored the requirements for equipping the perimeter with specialized technical means of protection and did not prepare proper regulatory papers. Prosecutors initiated a trial, following which the court demanded from the leadership to correct the situation. Joint-stock company "Mail of Russia" did not comply with the regulations in the approved period, because of which the bailiffs of the Kirov district branch joined the enforcement process.
The top management of the company was officially notified of the risks of criminal prosecution under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, after which a modern access control and control system was immediately installed at the facility.
