Today, October 14, in Brest region for the 20th time started the regional rally of young families “Vera”. Hope. Love. The program includes two busy days, during which each participant will show their strengths in creativity and sports, as well as enjoy fresh air and picturesque views in the tourist and health complex "White Lake", the correspondent of sb.by reports.

Marina and Dmitry Osipuk from Kamenets lead an active lifestyle. They try to participate in various events, and therefore young families came to the forum with great enthusiasm. They took their son Romka with them.

- It's the first time we've been here. We think it'll be interesting. We're very active. This is our tradition, says Marina Osipuk. Family is the most important thing in life. This is our home, this is our comfort, this is the place where you feel free. But you need to be able to talk and not be silent in order to have mutual understanding.

The family of Dmitry and Ekaterina Koshik is already 15 years old. At the Faith rally. Hope. Love Brest residents participate for the second year in a row. But this time with the children, Sophia and Arseny. A married couple recalls:

- We lived in Brest in the same neighborhood - so I met. Then we got married. We now have two children. The most important thing is that there is respect and understanding in the family. You need to be able to negotiate, love and appreciate each other. We try to give the best to our children.

The opening place of the rally organizers chose a symbolic - Brest fortress-hero. Dmitry and Ekaterina Koshik emphasize that they come here often: they take part in improvement actions, including having a hand in creating the Republican educational and health center for patriotic education of children and youth.

- We have a deep understanding of this place. We have great respect for the defenders of our country. My grandfather also took part in the Great Patriotic War, although he was only 12 years old at the time. And my husband’s grandfather also fought, says Ekaterina Koshik.

During the grand opening, grateful descendants honored the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and laid flowers to the Eternal Fire of the Brest Fortress. Further on the route - St. Nicholas Garrison Cathedral. There the participants talked with the rector of the temple, Archpriest Vitaly Honovets.

- The family is the unit of our society. And often a family is compared to a cell in the body. When the cell is healthy, the body is healthy. And that is why it is very important that families are healthy, spiritually strong and morally high. Then our society as a whole will be strong, and our country will be invincible, says Vitaly Honovets. Today is such a special day – Mother’s Day. And mother is a person, the first in the life of each of us, who gives us affection, love, tenderness. And on this day we also celebrate the Church holiday - the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God. The week of parental love begins. This is a wonderful period when we strive to pay attention to the fact that love is just a creative force that is necessary for every person. And love is never much.

Also in the program of the two-day forum are the presentation of business cards “We are a young family of Belarus”, the culinary competition of national dishes “Matulin Chastunok”, the competition “Family Photo Day”, and the romantic “Art Date”, during which married couples will create a joint picturesque picture – the image of their family. No less bright will be the sports and intellectual block of the rally. It includes the team relay “Sports Tops”, the family tournament “Women of Belarus”.

Regional gathering of young families “Faith”. Hope. Love is a traditional social project aimed at increasing the prestige of the institution of the family in modern society, strengthening moral, ethical, spiritual and moral values, as well as reviving the traditions of joint family recreation and fostering respect for the historical heritage of Belarus. This year we have ten families from different parts of the Brest region. At the end of the meeting, all of them will receive gifts, summed up the chief specialist of the Brest Regional Committee of the BRSM Anastasia Nebeluk.
