Vladimir Kukharev: Minsk is well-maintained – this is a great merit of the citizens themselves

The fact that the capital is contained in a well-maintained form, a great merit of the citizens themselves. This was noted by the Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev in an interview with the newspaper “Evening Minsk”, the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

- The forces of utilities would not be enough to maintain cleanliness and order if it were not for the responsible attitude of the Minsk residents themselves. The big city lives around the clock, and many of its residents ensure the work of the most important life support systems, including at night, Kukharev said.

Large-scale projects, new roads, parks and modern public spaces always have one main goal - to make life more comfortable.

- It is very important for us that the residents of the capital smile, said V. Kukharev. A smile in many ways begins with simple things: when the yard is clean and cozy, convenient to get to work, there is a place for recreation, sports, communication. We must create an urban environment in which a person enjoys living, working, raising children and just going out.

The Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee thanked the citizens for their daily work, concern and contribution to the development of the capital.

- I want to thank the people of Minsk for the work they are doing and wish everyone health, success and new achievements for the benefit of their families, the city and the country.
