Vladimir Kukharev: design work on the residential area of Green Bor is being completed

The construction of the residential area of the Green Bor is a very serious project, the preparation of which took about two years. This was told by the Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev in an interview with the newspaper “Evening Minsk” on the eve of the 959th anniversary of the city, the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

According to V. Kukharev, all the necessary design work is already being completed.

- This is an area where more than 4 million square meters of housing will be built for those in need with all the necessary infrastructure. The preparation of the project took about two years, since it was necessary to develop it taking into account the laying of all necessary communications from scratch, including the construction of substations, the head of the city added.

Minsk is actively involved in the development of the satellite city of Smolevichi.

“Any Minsk citizen, regardless of the timing of registration, can apply for housing construction in satellite cities without a queue,” the chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee recalled.

He noted that the place for development in the satellite city is chosen very carefully.
