In Vladikavkaz opened “School of national blogger”

In Vladikavkaz, the School of the National Blogger began its work. The participants of the project were 50 people from North and South Ossetia – journalists, bloggers, representatives of public organizations and young people. This was reported by the head of North Ossetia – Alania Sergey Menyailo.

The head of the region took part in the plenary session, where they discussed the role of modern media in preserving the historical memory, native languages and traditions of the peoples of the country.

“Today, it is necessary not only to take care of your heritage, but also to find new ways to tell about it, especially to the younger generation,” Menailo said.

Special attention was paid to the work of national and cultural societies of the republic. They do much to preserve cultural heritage and strengthen interethnic dialogue. The head of the region noted the importance of this experience being transmitted further, and societies working more actively with young people, developing their own information platforms and telling about the culture, traditions and modern life of their peoples.

The School program includes five days of study, meetings with experts and work on its own media projects. Sergey Menyailo expressed hope that the knowledge gained and new contacts will help participants create interesting and popular content, and the School itself will become the beginning of long-term cooperation, which will continue after the project is completed.
