In Vladimir on the dock will go “seeker” bookmark

The Leninsky district court of Vladimir transferred a criminal case against a man who tried to purchase a large batch of prohibited substances* for personal consumption.

The investigation established that the accused found the seller on the Internet, transferred the money and went to the coordinates of the “bookmark”. At the moment when the man began to look for a bundle in the ground, he was detained by operatives.

Since the drug did not actually fall into the hands of the buyer, his actions are qualified as an attempt to purchase (part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 228 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation).

Earlier, the convicted native of Chuvashia pleaded guilty fully and is now in custody.

Illegal consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues causes harm to health, their illegal trafficking is prohibited and entails liability established by law.
