In the Vladimir region at the conference discussed new approaches to labor protection

The IX scientific and practical conference dedicated to industrial safety and labor protection was held in the Vladimir region. The organizer was the regional Ministry of Labor and Employment. Participants focused on modern methods of preventing occupational injuries and automating the selection and issuance of personal protective equipment.

As part of the business program, specialists presented new solutions for the safe performance of work at height. Special attention was paid to how to move from the formal issuance of protective equipment to the selection of kits, taking into account real working conditions, legal requirements and rational use of funds for procurement.

The practical part was complemented by an interactive game: participants analyzed production situations and solved problems related to safety in the workplace.

Professional guidance workshops on first aid were organized for schoolchildren. They were also shown protective equipment used by representatives of different professions.

The conference is traditionally held following the results of the All-Russian Occupational Safety Week within the framework of the national project “Personnel”. Its goal is to acquaint employers and specialized specialists with current directions of state policy in the field of labor protection and demonstrate effective practices and modern means of protection.

This year, more than 220 employers took part in the event - twice as many as a year earlier.
