On the basis of OK UFSIN of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol held a practical lesson on the basics of tactical medicine. Instructors of the Training Center for Tactical Medicine of the Black Sea Fleet told employees of the penitentiary system how to act in emergency conditions with a shortage of time and limited resources. This was reported in the press service of the penitentiary department.
The organizer was the chairman of the trade union organization UFSIN Anfisa Gulak. Military medic, lecturer of the Russian Society “Knowledge” Alexander Tugaev dwelled in detail on the key aspects of work in a tense environment. He paid special attention to the difficulties faced by people in emergency situations: working with a shortage of time, limited resources and the need to make decisions under stress.
These examples helped listeners better understand how to adapt standard assistance algorithms to the non-standard situations that may arise when carrying a service.
During the lesson, the staff of the UIS got acquainted with the characteristics and design features of the first aid kit individual, option 8. These items of equipment are critical to the mobility and safety of a health care worker or first responder in a high-risk area.
The practical block included a detailed analysis of the composition of the first aid kit: the participants studied the configuration, the purpose of each element and the procedure for its use. Special attention was paid to developing practical skills. Employees worked out algorithms of actions for various types of injuries, learned to quickly assess the condition of the victim and choose the optimal order of events.
The lesson was held in a format as close as possible to real conditions. This allowed participants not only to obtain theoretical knowledge, but also to consolidate it in practice.
At the end of the meeting, the instructors of UCTMChF answered numerous questions from staff. The listeners were interested in the nuances of the use of individual funds from first aid kits, as well as recommendations for independent skills development.
The event became an important element of professional training of UIS employees: the knowledge and skills gained will help to increase the level of security of personnel and the effectiveness of first aid in performing official tasks.
Recall that in September 2026, an employee of SIZO-2 in Simferopol, the captain of the internal service, Igor Chernousov, applied first aid skills outside the service - he helped the driver of a shuttle bus injured in an accident, and monitored his condition before the ambulance arrived.
