Volgograd entered the top 10 for three-day trips in October
The city took the 4th place in the list of popular travel destinations this month.
Although October is not considered a successful month for travel, this year the weather is warm – in the south it is still quite possible to swim, and on the embankments there is no summer crowd. According to the booking service TVIL.RU, such short trips became especially popular in October 2026. Analysts have identified the ten most popular destinations for rest for three nights.
The leader of the rating was Moscow (the average cost of a night is 4800 rubles), Krasnodar took the 2nd place (3665 rubles), Nizhny Novgorod took the third place (5260 rubles). The top ten also included Volgograd (3413 rubles), Petrozavodsk (2760 rubles) and Svetlogorsk (5030 rubles). Among the interesting options in Karelia are Sortavala (6748 rubles), in Adygea - Kamennomostsky (5496 rubles) and Maikop (6889 rubles), and in the Krasnodar Territory - Olginka (5494 rubles).
This choice shows that in autumn tourists willingly combine beach, sightseeing and natural rest, choosing places where you can walk, go on excursions, and just reboot over the weekend.
