The discount is 10%. For residents of the Far East, the conditions are different: there a child in the family can be alone, and the discount reaches 25%.
The first car program is designed for those who previously did not have a registered car. The buyer must be a doctor or teacher, a member of the SVO or a member of his family, a person with a disability, a parent or guardian of at least one minor child or a military pensioner. Discount - 20%, for residents of the Far East - 25%.
Only new cars of domestic assembly can be bought under the programs. Machines with an internal combustion engine should cost no more than 2 million rubles. In the list of available models - Lada and UAZ.
It is important to consider several points. You can’t buy a car for cash – you need a loan. Money is not handed out, but transferred directly to the bank. Until the debt is paid, the car is pledged. The borrower should not have other car loans this year or last year.
