Volgograd explained how long you need to prepare for the exam

Such a regime, according to Nadezhda Marinushkina, director of the lyceum in Elektrostal and a participant in the “Flagships of Education” project of the RSV platform, allows you to achieve high results without the need to engage continuously. In an interview with RIA Novosti, the teacher clarified that grueling classes without a weekend from September to May are not recommended.

Her students in 2026 showed impressive results, receiving six stodal grades, and one of the graduates achieved a maximum of 200 points in two subjects.

The expert notes that to achieve high scores on the exam, especially the maximum, training should begin in advance, even before the graduation class. The experience of one year of independent work, according to the teacher, is enough to achieve 80-90 points in many disciplines.

The role of the tutor may be auxiliary, but not mandatory. Key success factors are determination, diligence and a clear preparation plan. Without the active participation of the student, even the most experienced teacher will not be able to provide the desired result.

Nadezhda Marinushkina also advises to include in the preparation process classes that help relieve mental stress: sports, cooking, playing musical instruments, drawing or household chores. Watching a movie or series can serve as a reward for the tasks performed. It is important to allocate one full day a week for a complete rest from study.

The project “Flagships of Education” is part of the national project “Youth and Children” and is aimed at identifying talented teachers, managers and students.
