Volgograd residents told who will increase pensions in November

As explained by RIA Novosti Associate Professor of the Department of labor law and social security of the University named after O.E. Kutafin Regina Dolotin, additional funds will go to pensioners who have reached the age of 80 in October, as well as those who first received disability group I, and persons whose maintenance are disabled dependents.

Citizens who celebrated their 80th anniversary in October will see a doubling of the fixed payment to the old-age insurance pension. Their monthly allowance will be 19,169 rubles (excluding district coefficients). The increase will also affect those who were first assigned group I disability, and Russians who had dependents.

Persons over 80 years of age who need care will be automatically awarded a monthly compensation of 1,413 rubles. These funds are intended to cover the services of assistants or household expenses. All recalculations are made by the Social Fund automatically, which eliminates the need to submit applications. However, if a pensioner already receives an increased disability payment of group I, a repeated allowance at the age of 80 is not required.

For pensioners who are in the care of disabled family members, additional payments are provided, the amount of which depends on the number of dependents. For example, for one dependent, the surcharge will be 3,194 rubles, for two - 6,389 rubles, and for three - 9,584 rubles. The presence of dependents, as a rule, requires documentary evidence and application to the Social Fund.
