Volgograd residents book beautiful dates in the registry office for next year
Residents of Volgograd have already begun to pre-register for marriage registration in the registry office, choosing the most attractive dates for their celebrations. According to current regulations, couples planning to enter into a union have the opportunity to apply for marriage registration one year before the scheduled date.
Residents of the Volgograd region began pre-registration for the next year, choosing for their wedding celebrations days, considered special. This became known from reports received from the regional offices of the registry office. According to the Federal Law No. 143-FZ of 15.11.1997 “On Acts of Civil Status”, an application for marriage can be filed 12 months before the desired date. At the same time, the minimum deadline for filing an application is one month, however, in exceptional circumstances, marriage is possible earlier than this period.
In 2027, there are more than 20 dates that are considered “beautiful”. State registration of marriage can be carried out on any day of the week. The largest number of such dates falls on February, July and December.
