Volgograd residents can declare themselves in the competition for the development of an inclusive environment

As reported in the regional health service, the All-Russian competition-prize “Limitless opportunities” has started. Its task is not just to celebrate the achievements of people with disabilities, but to show that boundaries exist only where we set them. If you have a story you want to share or a project that really changes your life, now is the time to come out.

The competition takes place in two directions. In the nomination “People without Borders” are waiting for personal stories: about how you managed to build a career, reveal your creative potential, go on a journey or just take a step forward in spite of circumstances. What matters here is not high-profile titles, but sincerity and the power of example. The second nomination is “The Norm of Life” for those who create opportunities systematically: these are projects in the field of employment, education, culture, technology and an accessible environment.

People with disabilities, families, teams, organizations, entrepreneurs, institutions and even governments can take part – the main thing is that the initiative is useful and inspiring. Applications are accepted from October 9 to November 30, 2026. Then all the classics of large competitions: the regional stage, then the federal, and the final will be the award ceremony on April 22, 2027. The winners will be chosen by a jury of well-known representatives of sports, culture and public initiatives – those who are used to acting and changing the world around them.
