Volgograd residents learned how to issue a parking resident permit
According to the administration of Volgograd, the owner or tenant of housing has the right to issue such a permit, but not more than one car per residential premises
To obtain a resident parking permit through the MFC or the Department of municipal economy, the owner of the car is required to specify the number of the parking area assigned to his address of residence.
The mayor’s office explained that a certain adjacent parking area is tied to each residential building, and the permit is issued for it. If you leave the car in another territory, the owner will have to pay for parking on general terms.
The obtained permit allows you to use the parking in the presence of vacant places, but does not mean that the place for the car owner is reserved. The service costs 3000 rubles per year. To apply for a permit, you should contact the offices of the MFC or the department of municipal economy of the administration of Volgograd on Kovrovskaya Street, 16a.
