Vologda bought tests for influenza and COVID-19 at one of the lowest prices

The Governor of the Vologda region Georgy Filimonov spoke about the advantages of the new system of procurement in the field of health care. The head of the department Igor Petchin made a report to the head of the region.

For medical institutions purchased test systems for the diagnosis of influenza and COVID-19. One test cost 67.84 rubles – one of the lowest prices in Russia. The initial price was reduced by 48%. Savings amounted to 2.7 million rubles.

Bidding took place between four suppliers. Procurement was conducted through leading suppliers, not through intermediaries, as before. Preliminarily collected the needs of all medical organizations of the region. Contracts are being concluded. After that, the test systems will arrive in the region.
