Vologzhan choose settlements where the Internet should appear in 2027

Until November 8, voting continues for settlements, where in 2027 mobile communication and high-speed Internet will appear. The work is carried out under the federal program “Elimination of the digital divide”. More than six thousand people have already made their choice.

Voting takes place on the portal of public services. It involves settlements with a population of 100 to 1000 people. In the Vologda region at the moment, the village of Berezovaya Gora of Kich-Gorodetsky district, the village of Prince of Sheksninsky district, the village of Savinskaya of Vozhegoda district, the railway station "Wild" of the Vologda district are leading. The results will be summed up by the Ministry of Information of the Russian Federation.

In total, 96 communication towers were installed on the Vologda region. A further 26 are being commissioned this year.
