Voronezh warned for transporting passengers on the reservoir without a license
A resident of Voronezh was brought to administrative responsibility for the transportation of people on a vessel along the Voronezh reservoir without the necessary permission

A resident of Voronezh was brought to administrative responsibility for transporting people on a vessel along the Voronezh reservoir without the necessary permission. This was reported on October 16 by the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor’s Office.
As established in the supervisory authority, the man provided such services free of charge. However, the lack of payment did not exempt him from the obligation to comply with the requirements of the law: the owner of the ship did not have a license for the relevant activities.
In respect of Voronezh, a case was opened on an administrative offense under Article 19.20 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for liability for conducting activities without a mandatory permit or license.
For citizens under this article, a fine of 500 to 1 thousand rubles is provided. However, the magistrate limited himself to a warning.
At the time of publication, the court order had not yet entered into force.
