Voronezh residents were reminded of the hotline numbers for heating in high-rise buildings

From October 15, the heating season began in Voronezh. Connection of social facilities and apartment buildings takes place simultaneously. It will take at least two weeks to start the heat supply system and adjust the temperature regime.

Residents are advised to contact their management company first. In addition, hotlines in each district government and in the city administration of housing and communal services operate on heating issues. The phone numbers were published by Voronezh City Hall.

Calls are accepted on weekdays from 9:00. Friday is a shortened day to 16:45, lunch break from 13:00 to 13:45.

The administration warns that in the first days after the heat supply, the lines may be overloaded, so it will be difficult to reach them. In case of emergency, call the single number 112.

It should be noted that in the city the heat should come to 460 social facilities. The appearance of heat in homes depends not only on power engineers, but also on the efficiency of housing companies. They receive and distribute the coolant, as well as configure indoor heating systems. Now specialists launch pumping stations and additional boilers at the CHP, regulate the temperature and hydraulic regimes of heat networks.
