In Voronezh, the antimonopoly authority brought to justice the company Khimstroymontazh, operating under the Gazpromneft brand. The reason was the untimely provision of information at the request of the regulator.
As specified in the regional OFAS on October 22, the Agency requested from the organization data on fuel prices and the reasons for their change for the first half of 2026. For two applications, the documents were received in violation of the deadlines. The delay was explained by the high workload of employees and parallel requests from other regulatory authorities.
The FAS reminded that the deadlines for providing information are mandatory: due to delay, the regulator was unable to assess the situation on the fuel market in time and take the necessary measures.
