“Revival of St. Petersburg” did not have time to pave the pavement on the Fontanka embankment

The State Administrative and Technical Inspectorate issued a warning to the limited liability company “Revival of St. Petersburg”. Information about this is posted on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the published document, with the help of street surveillance cameras, the management managed to detect signs of violation of mandatory requirements in the field of improvement on the embankment of the Fontanka River at the house 46, letter B. The organization received a warrant from the GATI for road repair in 2025. Repairs were planned to be completed by October 1, 2026, but on October 7, the pavement has not yet been paved. Instead, it's just rubble. Thus, the work is still ongoing.

This indicates the presence of signs of an administrative offense, on the basis of which the companies issued a warning.

General Director of LLC "Revival of St. Petersburg" is Mikhail Yumartov. Revenue in the management consulting industry in 2025 amounted to 2.4 billion rubles.
