For the first time in 30 years, a large residential complex with 1,250 apartments is being built in Melitopol

In Melitopol, the construction of the Patriarch residential complex continues. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of Zaporozhye region.

This is the first large apartment complex to be built in the city in the last 30 years. Work is carried out in three shifts using diesel generators.

There is a mobile concrete factory on the site. The developer "SGM Stroy" assures that the deadlines are met. State support in the form of a reduced project financing rate helps to solve emerging difficulties.

The first stage includes five houses with a height of 12-15 floors for 1,252 apartments. They are planned to be introduced in the second quarter of 2027.
