Doctors Orel oncology clinic conducted a medical examination in the Mtsensk CRB

Specialists of the Orel Oncological Dispensary organized a visiting diagnostic day in the Mtsenskaya CRB. For the first time, a large group of doctors went to the reception: an oncomammologist, an oncogynecologist, an oncourologist and a general oncologist.

Doctors conducted screening for oncocytology, ultrasound diagnosis and dermatoscopy - examination of suspicious moles. As noted in the dispensary, this study was the most popular procedure.

Thanks to the work of related specialists, patients could solve several health issues at once in one visit. In total, more than 100 people were examined. 21 patients received a referral for in-depth examination and treatment in the Orel oncology clinic.

In addition to receiving patients, doctors met with local colleagues. They discussed “red flags” of cancers so that district doctors and paramedics can even more effectively detect pathologies in the early stages.

Representatives of the charity fund “Assistance” also took part in the trip. They advised patients on free legal and psychological assistance.
