Anyone with money in their accounts has been given until November. Then it's too late
Bank transfers can deprive benefits: who needs to urgently check their accounts.

On October 1, 2026, a pilot project was launched in the Moscow region to tighten the audit of the financial situation of families applying for a single benefit for pregnant women and children under 17 years old. Now the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) analyzes not only the official salary or pension, but also all the movements of funds on bank cards and deposits of applicants.
The main rule of the new stage: if the total amount of all receipts to the accounts for the settlement period (12 months) is more than twice the declared official income of the family, payment may be refused. The State assumes that such regular transfers may be a form of hidden earnings.
However, panic and urgently withdraw money from the accounts is not worth it. The SFR emphasizes that not all operations fall under suspicion. From the calculation of income completely excluded:
transfers between own accounts and deposits of one person;
internal transfers between members of the same family (for example, from husband to wife or from grandmother to grandson);
• refunds of overpayments from a single tax account (ENS).
Thus, the mere presence of a large amount on the deposit is not an automatic basis for refusal. What is important is the nature of regular income. Before applying, parents are advised to request a bank statement in advance and ensure that all credits have a transparent and legitimate explanation.
It is important to dispel the main myth from social networks: there is no universal deadline until November for all investors. The new requirements do not oblige citizens to close deposits or get rid of savings. The pilot project will last until December 31, 2026 and applies only to those who plan to issue social payments. You can submit an application through “State Services”, MFC or SFR client services (in Moscow, these issues are solved by social protection bodies through the mos.ru portal).
