Working fathers receive 40% of the average earnings – from 10 thousand to 83 thousand rubles a month. The payment is retained even with early withdrawal from parental leave. Non-working parents can also apply for benefits based on family needs.
In addition, about one and a half thousand fathers in the region receive a single allowance. Another seven men in 2026 issued maternity capital. The father can also take sick leave to care for a sick child.
