Denis Drapey, director of Belkommunproekt: The beginning was laid in the distant 2016, then we grew from the idea to the actual actions. The active phase of design and work on the project began in 2023. Thus, the first drawings were developed and construction began. All this is done in stages. To date, all buildings and structures are in work.
There are 15 water intakes in the capital, 5 of them are in the city. The reconstruction of the Minsk treatment plant is planned to be completed in 2028, making the facility more technologically advanced.
