A child who fell out of a window in the capital district of Nekrasovka was taken to the Research Institute of Emergency Pediatric Surgery and Traumatology. According to Olga Yaroslavskaya, the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in Moscow, at the time of the incident, the mother was in another room, and the baby went to the balcony without supervision.

The tragedy was avoided thanks to passers-by who noticed the falling child and managed to catch him. Doctors are now giving him the help he needs.

“The MIA of Russia in the area of Nekrasovka is checking on the fact of what happened,” said Yaroslavskaya.

The issue of putting the family on preventive registration is being resolved.
