"This is My City" exhibition at Lotus Plaza

In the shopping center, you can now look at paintings with Petrozavodsk in the painting and graphics of Karelian artists.

The exhibition This is My City tells the story of the place using visual language. After all, we often run on business, not noticing how smoothly the city around us changes.

Petrozavodsk is growing and growing with us. On the site of old wooden houses, new high-rises grow, signs change, crossroads familiar from childhood go into the past. But the soul of the city remains the same.

Karelian masters - Avdyshev, Akbulatov, Chekmasov, Lvovich, Borodkin and many others - left us not just a chronicle, but lively declarations of love for Petrozavodsk. In their graphics and paintings breathes the history of their native streets. These works are a bridge between eras, where you can see how carefully the city transmits its secrets from the past to the future
