"A new bill will be issued." Anyone who has an apartment is in for a surprise
Will the meter check go up? Who will be affected by the new rules of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Owners of housing with meters of water and electricity expect an unpleasant surprise: the cost of their verification can significantly increase. This is warned by experts, referring to the upcoming legislative initiatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The reason lies in the change in the rules of data transfer to the federal register "Arshin". Accredited firms now submit the test results free of charge. This record is the only legal confirmation that the device is serviceable, and its readings can be used to calculate payments. However, the new amendments introduce a fee for each transaction for the companies themselves.
The market logic is simple: any additional business costs are quickly passed on to the end user. Therefore, verification organizations are likely to simply increase the cost of their services to compensate for new costs.
It is important to understand the nuance: this is not a new mandatory tax or an additional line in the housing receipt for everyone in a row. Pay more will have only those who have approached the deadline for the next inspection of the device.
How to protect your interests and not overpay:
1. Check deadlines. Check the device passport or the Arshin website to find out the exact date of the next check. Remember that hot and cold water meters often have different intervals.
2. Pick a pro. Order the service exclusively from accredited companies. Otherwise, the results will not be accepted, and the money will be wasted.
3. Control the outcome. After the master’s visit, be sure to independently check whether the record appeared in the state system. Without it, your testimony will cease to be taken into account, and the accruals will go according to the average or standard.
If the deadline is short, do not wait until the last day. Compare the prices of different firms and choose the best option before the new tariffs officially take effect.
